Tess’ love for health, sport and people drew her into podiatry, following her own experience with ankle and knee injuries. Her own lived experience with injury ensures Tess can understand her patient’s experience of pain and the challenges of returning to full function. Currently, Tess is a keen runner and has previously played a number of sports including basketball, tennis, soccer, netball, hockey and footy. Therefore, she understands the movement patterns and injuries associated with these sports and enjoys working with athletes of all levels.
Tess has a keen interest in paediatric podiatry, athletic footwear and exercise rehabilitation. As a podiatry consultant for Rebel Sport, she is well versed in gait analysis and providing quality footwear recommendations.
She is enthusiastic about continued learning and enjoys keeping up to date on the latest research on musculoskeletal injuries and treatments.
Tess has a passion for holistic care in helping people of all ages to achieve optimal function and lower limb health.
